Is this really how JROTC ranks should work?

Have you talked to the chief and had an honest one on with him/ explain your frstration to him and see what he says. Are these postions permant or are they short term? Rememember sometimes we don't always see the big picture. Hang in there it will be better and don't give up things will get better
