How much should my fictional house cost?

I'm doing a project for Spanish about the home and we're making a poster trying to sell a house. I'm selling the mickey mouse clubhouse :) it only has four rooms, but has a plane, an air balloon, a slide, a garden, a security system, a small pool, and a one car garage. I don't know how high or low to price it... help?
